The ring was beautiful but it wasn’t me so I filed for a return. The process was simple and I was able to purchase something else in its place.

Fiancee loves it :). So happy with my process with purchasing from Ridge. The first ring we got was the stonewashed finish, and my fiancee didn’t like it as much as the lighter rings he had tried on in stores. It was so east to initiate a return, use the credit from the previous ring to then purchase this ring. All was dealt with in a week! Absolutely love this company
